"Ordered parts on line and could not find option to pick up locally at dealership, So I took the parts list to the dealership parts counter on Saturday (10/8) in hopes of picking up the parts to work on my wife's car while she was in the hospital. The parts people were not very helpful and said they couldn't help me and I had to order on line and pay for shipping. So now I am ordering online and having them shipped 4 miles to my house which isn't cost effective or timely. Disappointed."
