"I reached out to this dealership to get more information and a competitive price on a vehicle they had listed on their website and through various third party services. I received a can response from a sales rep named "Elias" that immediately ignored my message. I replied again, asking that the rep give me a competitive offer, indicating I was looking for a no-haggle, pleasant and stress free car buying experience.

They took thirty six hours to respond, sent me a quote with absolutely no message or additional information and the quote was $300 higher than the price listed on their website. I asked if this was their best and final answer and received a one word reply - "Yes."

Well, that's one less customer you'll have and I'll never recommend anyone visit this dealership if this is the way they do business. I recommend you avoid it as well."

"Ordered exterior door weatherstripping, was packaged well, no box damage. Opened the bubble wrap and found a large scuff on the part. Was obviously shipped this way. What can you do. Maybe they sell flawed parts as it was cheapest online. Who knows. FedEx also delivered it to the wrong house, but that didn't have anything to do with my rating. "
