"DO NOT BUY!!! I bought a product from ToyRC.com on 06/08/2014, they received the payment on the same day from my credit card. It is almost 3 months i am still waiting. i emailed them on the 3. week, nobody answers to my mails, there is no information about shipment on track order side of website. I filled product return form on the website, again no answer. There is no way to reach anybody on this site about my transaction. I have very bad experience with this website i want everybody to know about this site."

"DO NOT BUY FROM TOYRC.COM. I made a purchase with them via paypal, the charge was instantly placed. I kept checking the order status to see what stage it was in until I noticed that it had been charged but "put on hold". I received an email from toyrc.com requesting a photo-copy of my credit card + alot of personal information to be filled out and faxed or emailed to them to verify my identity... I asked myself, if they could not verify who I was, why did they charge me already? Second, I used paypal for it's security, and I see this request as an unlawful one to circumvent paypal identity security. So with all this in mind, I requested a refund, which they threaten to take a 5% charge for NO reason. I also filed a dispute with Paypal and I am waiting for all this to get settled up before deciding whether I should lodge a complaint against Fever-Toys Ltd to the Federal Trade Commission and Better Business Bureau. So far it's been two business days since "refunded" became my status, yet I have seen no refund."

"I made a purchase from TOYRC ( two helis ). in about 24 hours from the moment I click the transaction they deducted my money from may credit card. has been 11 days since then and my package is still in china, nobody answer my mails, neither my package has been shipped.
Bad customer service, BAD experience with this people.
I'll try to reverse the transaction with my bank if I don't get any answer soon.
zero point for this people.!!!!

"Very nice store, they sent my package from China, and it arrived in 4 days to the U.S. They have full part and accessory support for all models they sell, some cars, and airplanes."
