"I didn't get to make a purchase. I tried to order online for a few days, and when I click the checkout button it tells me internet explorer can't find the page. I sent them an email, stating what my problem was and that I had no other problems with any other site and I had a 17 dollar order to place...I got a cold one sentence sent to me if I need "further" customer service to call. I tried to call and the first time I get a recording referring me to another 800 number if I want to talk to some "girls" which then disconnected. I tried again and it told me that the mailbox was full. I wrote them another email saying it's too bad they treat customers this way, because if it's this much trouble to order I definitely don't want to see their shipping...I'll find another company

UPDATE:
I can't believe these people! After blowing me off, they had the nerve to contact me just a few minutes ago with the message to come back here and change my review! The email stated that I might want to change it now that I've gotten the chance to receive the merchandise....what a joke..just proves they don't pay one bit of attention to customers. I never even got to order and they didn't care....wow...are they connected to the public or what? Just lets me know I made the right decision to not waste my time or money on these jokers...I'll give my money to someone that actually wants it and appreciates their customers

"3 items ordered Dec 19. No email conformation but received email notification of package shipment which was received Dec 24. Unfortunately there was only one item in package. I emailed them same day. No response. Email+webmail 2 days later without response. Phone box was full so I could not leave message. Third notification sent by email+webmail on Dec 28 and they replied by email on Dec 29 that two items were out of stock so they credited my account. However Amex lists only the charge and no credit is noted. To be continued................"

"I placed an order with this company on 22 October 2006. It is 7 November 2006. I sent their customer service two emails inquiring about my order and never received a response. I called their 1-800 number and was unable to get a hold of anyone. I left a message with their answering service and never received a response. My card was charged immediately for my order. Upon daily review of my account, I discovered my order was shipped on 6 November 2006 - 16 days after I placed my order and 13 days after the charge was completely processed. The expected arrival date is 10 November 2006 - 20 days after placing my order, and with an additional charge for expedited shipping. I will never order from this company again. "
