"I ordered a pool float for my son who is 4 years old and 40 pounds. The float was recommended for 4+. It broke within 2 uses of the float. When i called the company I was told that since it was in the water they cannot refund my money. How am I suppose to know it was a piece of junk unless we used it. Im shocked over the matter of $22.99 they wouldn't send us a new one being it wasn't the only thing we had ordered from them. I would never do business with them again."
