I am requesting the proper album be sent with a return label for the other vinyl, if you wish to receive it back. I did open it because the album does not indicate who it is on the exterior such as the one in the photo on the order.

Nah. I will just go back to Merchbar and Amazon. This is my first and will be my last Tower Records experience. Inconveniencing your customers is not a good utilization of my time. I understand you have a process to follow, but perhaps it needs to be touched up by those who make these decisions. I won't compare Tower Records to the other companies, but perhaps something similar to their processes would be a better commitment to your customers.

I ordered Congratulations by MGMT 2/24/21 and it arrived 3/5/21, a whole 4 days before it was supposed to arrive which is always a great surprise, the record is sealed and in great condition and I'm all over very happy with my purchase :) "
