Horrible

"Will not ship item after 2 weeks. Says "preparing for shipment" the entire time then blames the factory for inefficiencies. That's great except shipping should take 2 weeks total at most. They will not respond to emails, only through Paypal when their funds are threatened and then you get lies in very broken English."

Scammers!!!

"They don't tell you that if "they" send you the wrong product "you" are responsible for shipping it back to China!!! If you don't know it is very expensive to ship to China & in my case the shipping was way more (over $100) than the screen I had purchased. They don't want to own up to their mistake & I will never trust them again. They use paypal, so they're being watched."

Lost $186 and lot of time. Have nothing in return. Cheaters!!! Scam!

"I've bought 15.6 LCD Assembly For Acer V5-573P-6896 from them for $161. The specs explicitly says this is 1920x1080 lcd (and the only available for this model are IPS). They have sent me a cheap 1366 x 768 TN LCD which are available in high quantities on eBay.

Their response:

They haven't answered this one. As PayPal protection was about to end soon, I've shipped the item back with USPS (made package photos etc). But I've made a mistake: I used First Class International. It showed "Free tracking" but I didn't understood it was just limited tracking (US only and just limited info). Basically I have proof that I've sent the item, but no delivery confirmation. PayPal rejected to refund even with the proof that they've sent me cheap replacement and the proof I've sent the item. TouchScreenBuy just ignored me.

Overall:
1) I think they've sent me the wrong LCD intentionally, probably hoping that hassle to send it back would be too much for average customer.
2) Return shipping is not covered under PayPal "protection", so I would loose these $25 anyway. ($32+ if I used priority in expected way)
3) They happily ignored me effectively stealing $161 from me. (And my loss was $181)
