Buy Elsewhere!

"Do not order from Totally Promotional! I had a terrible experience with them. They sent me the wrong bottles when I had placed an order for 100 bottles for a school event. Trying to reach a supervisor is impossible. Even after filling out the ticket they required, they would not transfer me to a supervisor. Their warranty manager claimed there is no one above her that I could speak to. After their large error, they were not apologetic, willing to refund the entire order or go out of their way to resolve the issue. Their warranty manager just wanted to go back and forth on emails to argue. Horrible customer service. I will not be using them again and do not recommend them to anyone. Spend a little more and use a reputable company."

"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. BUYER BE WARE!!! SHIPPED WRONG PRODUCT AND DENY RESPONSIBILITY!
I very intentionally searched the internet for a product I had used before and wanted to purchase. I found the product online at TotallyPromotional.com and ordered 25 (the min quantity) for $80. When my package arrived, I immediately noticed that the ingredients did not match my Order Receipt and it was a totally different product. I called Customer Service and was sent to the Warranty Manager, Melissa Powell. Melissa made it her job to deny all responsibility and insist that there was NO WAY I could have ordered the product I wanted...even though it is STILL marketed on her website!! She went to great length insisting that her production team says the product I wanted was not available on the day I placed my order, and was only added to the website days after...so there's no way I could have ordered it?!!! Basically accusing me of lying??!! What?! I emailed her photos of my Order Receipt, the the old product label I had to prove that I was directed to her website because I WAS INDEED searching for that very specific product. Although the product I ordered and want IS STILL CURRENTLY AVAILABLE on the TotallyPromotional website, Melissa was bent on maintaining her position and DENYING REFUND OR PRODUCT to a paying customer who firmly believes they were WRONGED!!
Her attitude toward customers is honestly atrocious, incredibly small-minded, short-sighted, and just does not make business sense. I inquired about an escalation process and she told me that everything comes back to her, so there's no purpose...a circular reference! WOW. I am not concerned about the $80 at this point, just being treated like a customer.

BUYER BEWARE!

"BEWARE! I tried 2 orders with these guys. First one they printed logo in green when it was suppose to be silver. 2nd order they did not print logo on both sides when I paid for double side logo. Offering small discount for the issue and they would not replace or make it right. There are plenty of other promo companies to take your business too. Pass on this company because they cannot get it right."

Missing 50 items, horrible customer service!

"I ordered 180 customized tumblers, but only received 130 in my order. When I called, I was given the run around by their team for three days; asked to send emails, submit a ticket, and also informed that the person handling my case could not be reached by phone. I called each morning looking for an update, and was told that they were doing their best and they'd get back to me that day with a resolution. They even "forwarded my email to their COO" who I never heard from. Today is Wednesday, our wedding is Saturday, and 50 of our guests will not be receiving their gifts. The company has taken zero accountability for their huge error, I am frustrated and honestly shocked by the horrible customer service.

We love our bottles!

"We ordered 1,000 sports bottles with a fairly short lead time for a major event. As a new customer submitting artwork for the first time, the customer service team came through with excellent communication. Our order arrived on the quoted delivery date and our big event went off perfectly. The sport bottles were a huge success! We definitely look forward to placing future orders."

Worst Experience

"I ordered sanitizers for an event that I had. I had spoke several times on the phone with them to make sure that it came in time, I paid $85 extra for shipping. Two days before it was supposed to be here by, I called them and they said it was on the way. Turns out, it wasn’t. I didn’t receive the package until 4 days after my event. They wouldn’t let me cancel or return my order so now i have 250 sanitizers. They said I would get the $85 back but they only refunded $60. Im highly dissatisfied in my order (they didn’t even have the right color and so I had to use Red) and the customer service that came along with it. Please take your money elsewhere. "

Unable to receive status updates

"Once you place an order, there is no way to check the status on their website. I placed an order for custom koozies for a wedding over a month in advance. I did not choose expedited shipping as their website said the estimated date to receive my items was 3 weeks before the event. Just before the date I was supposed to receive my items, I contacted them through website chat to inquire that everything was on track. I was only given vague information told that date was just an estimate and my items were still in process. Ultimately I received them in time, but it was stressful not to know what was going on "
