"Bought a costume for $29.99. Paid $18.99 for shipping. Arrived and it was utter rubbish. To send back, had to sacrifice 20% in restocking fee- really? So $6 gone. Then, $9.85 in postage to return it. So let's see, that means I get 14.14 back and lose $34.84 just to be able to receive a crap costume that it turns out I don't want. And of course no communication from them. Hopefully, this review avoids someone else feeling like an idiot for giving them any money at all. "
"This company is a joke. Placed an order for a costume. A hour later needed to add something and didn't want to pay another shipping fee. Of course there is no customer service number so I need to email. Takes hours for someone to get back to me just to tell me that my order has shipped. I can't change it and I can't cancel it. I tell them I will return it they tell me that there is a restocking fee and it's at my expense and that the shipping charges will not be refunded. They tell me that they don't have a big margin on their costumes, and they need to charge for shipping. I found the costume, ordered 2 of them on a different site with free shipping and it cost me just as much as they were charging me for one. They are a bunch of scam artists who don't offer a customer service number to delay response times and that is probably how they make their money to run their 80,000 sq foot mom and pop shop (as they put it). DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If I could give them zero stars I would!!"
"I ordered the costume for my son. When it arrived, it was defective, but usable. I emailed right away. Company customer service does not have a phone number and is difficult to get resolution with. I will not order from this company and would not recommend anybody else order from them either. For the price, the costume should not be poorly sewn out of package!!!"
"Purchased a set of heart boppers from this company which were defective. This was NOT a shipping problem as the shipping box was intact! With the $10 restocking fee minimum I cannot return these since it would end up costing more to return them than just throwing them away. What a scam! Ship defective merchandise and then charge customers to return it!"

Ordered a child's costume for my 8yr old. On the website, the size chart indicated that Size M (8-10). What I received was a M but on the packaging it indicate Medium:4 to 6.

"I will never purchase anything from this company again. Their return policy is terrible. I received a damaged item and they would not refund shipping costs and then I had to pay to ship it back plus a 20% restocking fee. Very dissatisfied with my purchase. "
