"I ordered a T8 LED conversion kit on 01/22 and then received the package on 01/26. The price was reasonable and shipping time was about what I had expected. Due to an unexpected business trip, I didn't get around to the installation until 02/11. The kit included everything I needed and thus rewiring took mere minutes. When I got around to the LED lamps, I found one end of both tubes to have sustained shipping damage. When I e-mailed their support with a picture of the damage and asked for advice (it appeared that the broken end caps may be replaceable), their response was prompt and a set of replacement tubes was on the way via USPS Priority 2-Day at no charge. Needless, I'm quite satisfied with their product and service."
