"I am a military service member living in japan and am attempting to get the medicine my pet needs at a decent price. They have my military address format in their choices for an address so i was happy to select thinking they would have no issue shipping to me, but it took almost a month to get them to finally say they cannot ship to my address. I kindly asked them to cancel my order and to remove FPO AP, AE ect from their website's address choices to prevent any further service members wasting their time with the company if they dont not have another address actually stateside."
"Order Nexgard on July 8th and my credit card was billed the same day. Never received a confirmation or the product. Called them up twice and they never had a record of my order. Called my credit card company to dispute the charge and ordered it from a different company. "
"Be aware of some shady business practices. They advertise their 125% price match guarantee, but restrict it to the point you can not actually use it. I found a cheaper price, following all of their guidelines, and called to let them know. I got the run around, and was told they cannot match because its not the same size product (teal dog Revolution/Stronghold). They advertise 20-40kg/40-85lbs, whereas the cheaper site listed it as 20-40kg/44-88lbs, which is the actual correct kg-lb conversion. I suspect they round theirs down to ensure they do not have to price match the other guys who can actually do basic math. After asking them to cancel the order she kept stalling and re-checking and basically forced me to demand an immediate cancellation and refund of my money. I don't like being rude, but when its necessary..."

Revolution for cats. I was sent Stronghold (supposedly the same thing)- the photo was of Revolution.
I feel they use false advertising and take advantage of customers in this way. Also the Stronghold was much-much cheaper at another website! the product is not the same- there was no strong smell, and my cats usually run away when I open Revolution- with this product they did not move! They still have ear mites, worms, fleas, and ticks- none of these issues exist with Revolution. I CONTACTED THEM- BUT NO REPLY~

My experience with TotalPetSupply was terrible. I am still waiting, after 6 weeks, for a delivery. They said it was due to the US Government and TSA. This is nonsense. They will not refund the $70 they cashed over a month ago. BE AWARE OF THIS SCAM."
"I ordered Frontline Plus for cats in September 2010 from TotalPetSupply.com The product I received was distributed from a warehouse in "Halfway House, South Africa" (according to the package). I compared the package with a product I purchased from a different company, the other package was noticeably different. I called Merial Frontline and spoke with customer service, they informed me that the product I received was actually a Fontline product, but not licensed to be sold in the United States because it had not been deemed by the EPA to be safely used here. TotalPetSupply informed me that it was okay to use on my pet regardless of what the Merial Frontline employee informed me. I will no longer order from TotalPetSupply.com "

"The Frontline Plus for Dogs I bought from them was more than likely counterfeit. http://www.epa.gov/pesticides/factsheets/petproduct.htm#5. And http://cats.about.com/cs/parasiticdisease/a/conterfeit_flea.htm for more info on how I figured this out. The package has many of these warning signs.
Plus... My new puppy has fleas 2 weeks after the application. My cat does not (I gave her Frontline plus from bought from a US store, I believe Petco at the same time as my puppy).
DO NOT BUY FRONTLINE FROM TPS. I also order a year supply for my cat and although I have not applied it to her since I still have frontline that I bought at the store left over. It too has the all the warning signs that the dog frontline did.
Why risk it. buy from a different place.
