"You guys need to fix your inventory system. Really. I usually order lots of stuff for my customers ... $500-$1000 orders.
And then never ending saga ... this is on backorder, that is is not available from manufacturer.

And it is AFTER the fact that I placed my order. Items show as AVAILABLE on web site and I still able to add them to cart. This is totally crazy.
I order 50 items and suddenly few of them ( usually big tickets) are not available. And you still ship me other items !

You ask to replace items with what is available. But the problem with you is that YOU NEVER KNOW if it is REALLY available. I have to explain this all to my customers, they pick replacement items and BOOM - it is not available again. AFTER I placed an order.

This is NOT just one time issue. EVERY order I placed with TotalHockey results in multiple iterations. EVERY single one. Not even one order went smooth.

"I will never work with this company again. They took my online order, billed my credit card and told me that everything shipped. After a week of not getting the shipment I questioned the company via customer service. They then indicated the products were on back order from the manufacturer. Couldn't they have told me that a week earlier, before they billed my credit card? This company is a disaster. After wasting a week I need to go find my products from someone else."
