"They have not fulfilled this order, or 7 others that were placed at the same time. They took the money (via Money Pak) and claimed the items were shipped 3 day by FedEx. After a week and no product, contacted the company. They have ignored all contact since. I called Fed EX, they looked at the destination addresses, and nothing had been shipped. I contacted the BBB and the Attorney General of PA to deal with them. I called the local police there, who told me to file a report with the office here. Because there is not a credit card, I cannot do a charge back. I know of others that had this experience as well, only they lost more then I did. I lost $720.00 I want a refund, my customers orders had to be refunded, or I had to buy the items retail to make them happy, my total loss is more like $1400 after doing that."

"I received their email to let me know my item has shipped on 12/11/09 and still hasn't arrived yet. I sent them two emails and they never responded. I have feelings this online vendor is a scam and luckily, I used credit card to pay for the item and I can dispute the charge for nondelivery item so credit card can refund me the money. "

On 7/6 when checking order...No order in system.

"DO NOT Trust these guys. My item was advertised as new and I was shipped a refurbished item. I called and complain and the owner "Mike" promise to refund me a protion of my money to keep the item.....Guess what.....never happen....all lies. Call them and you will see that there is no one to pick up the calls. Had to leave messages. Call me back once to confirm refund that NEVER Happen. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card. All in all........DON'T TRUST THESE GUYS."
