"I ordered an item from totalcycling a week ago
Their site says they dispatch items the same working day if ordered before midday, otherwise following working day.
2 days later, still no dispatch. Repeated emails and calls to try and get in touch with them so I could cancel the order (needed it by the weekend, so ordered it elsewhere instead), no response. A further 2 days later, still no response BUT they dispatched item I had asked to cancel.
No communication, late shipping, abysmal.

"I ordered on March 10th and despite order showing complete on their site still no goods have arrived. Three emails sent chasing and ignored. Have they closed down? It's now March 23rd. This is without a doubt the worst service I have ever had from a bike shop. "

"I ordered two chains and a jersey from Total Cycling on 1/28/2015. To this date I have not received my order and after several attempts to get an update they continue to blame Royal Mail and The US Customs Service for the delay. They indicated just this last week they would initiate a claim for the reimbursement but nothing this week and no response from them. Horrible customer service!"

"Total Cycling is a total nightmare! After 39 days and 37 emails I finally got my money back on a Campy Chorus order they couldn’t fill. In addition, the company doesn’t do a good job automating the usual updates, e.g. tracking number. I wouldn’t buy from Total Cycling again even if they were selling Super Record for $1. "

"Ordered 3t aeronova handlebar saying 3-4 days delivery. 5 DAYS later nothing.
tried to ring but only ever got answering machine with no facility to leave message. Grrrrrrr
E-mailed to say can they give me an update and received apology for no one getting back in contact.
Their terms and conditions say 24 hrs!!!!!! if there is a problem with order.
Told 16-30 days before due in stock!!!!!!!!!!!! request advise.
I have asked for a refund onto my card and yet again NO REPLY. tried ringing....NO REPLY.
so still waiting for refund.
For an internet trading company their customer service is diabolical and their stock system is a joke.
to give a phone number in the contact section to only receive an answerphone message with no chance of LEAVING a message is beyond a joke.
I will never use this company again. (so far in the last 6 months I have spent over £5,000 online on cycling gear)

"I order wheels on 24/12 with mention in stock 5+.
On the 1/01 nothing yet so i sent e mail...
Nine days lalter they response was sorry we forgot your order it will be shiped today.
I ask for tracking ...nothing.
Five days later nothing yet . I have finaly cancel my order (without trouble) almost 1 month after my initial order.

They claim 3-5 day shipping to the US. Actual TBD but at least 9 days

Don't believe a thing they say.

"Item not in stock even though web site says so.

Ordered lamps for my MTB. The web site said that it would ship in 1-2 days.

Money was withdrawn from my account instantly.

Recieved email 3 days later that said the lamps were not in stock. Would arrive in 1-2 weeks. Still says on web site that they will ship in 1-2 days.

Really lousy. Waiting for my refund now...

"I ordered a Polar FT60 Multisport Computer with Heart Rate Monitor. It was £79.99 (inc VAT) unbelievable price!

RRP: £149.50

I ordered on 30th September and received it on 3rd October!!!
I am very pleased with their service. They even gave me a call stating that they are processing it and when I should receive it by. Couldn't be happier.

Would buy again and recommend people.

"Placed my first order with TC ($300+) on July 6. Received my package in the US on July 10. Very fast shipping considering TC is in the UK. Prices are very competitive on most items. Some more expensive items can be purchased for up to 50% off US online prices. Shipping can be high. However, if your placing a large order, your saving more then makeup for the shipping costs.
Sent customer service an e-mail prior to ordering and took a week to get a response.
Will purchase from them again.

"Campagnolo Record Pista Crankset. This item box seal was broken and the cranks had clearly been mounted before.
Got a responce from Mike at Total Cycling. He explained that the box seal was broken to configure the crankset with the chainring I had ordered. He also explained that the cranks are mounted at the factory to verify run-out is within spec. I was very greatful for his responce and I feel much better about the purchase.
