"LAME. I paid a for a NEW, premium toolkit and received what looked like my dog's chew toys. I was charged the going rate for the toolkit and then after choosing GROUND shipping, I find out that I've been charged $40 some bucks to move a 10lbs box, which took over a full week to SHIP OUT. But my order was processed and the funds were taken within a day of placing it, go figure. Customer service is non-existent, no responses to email, just two VAGUE automated messages about payment and shipping. If this is seen by anyone who matters, I want my money back, and if that can't happen, you're still getting this sorry excuse for a product at your sender."

"Very irresponsible people. They sent me a email with the tracking number, and I'm been checking since then and the Post Office has no record of such item. I'm been checking for the last three days and nothing. Either, they try to make believe they ship the item right away or the item is still their home.

"The laptop adapter pictured online did not have the "Lite On" brand name on it, but just as well, since that is a solid major brand in the electronics world. This 150w adapter charges my laptop quickly, and barely even gets warm. My old 90w adapter got quite hot if it was charging and running the laptop at the same time. Most adapters in the 120w to 150w class have many complaints of failure, meltdown, etc because the insides are just cheap junk. This appears to be a quality item. Time will tell."
