"Milwaukee had a rebate attached to the product that I purchased. It was for a free battery. The rebate was an e-rebate. Once you purchase the product nothing is mentioned about the rebate. You have to go back onto the site like you are buying the product again to access the rebate. You then have to download your invoice to the e-rebate. I realize this is a cake walk for many but I am not computer savvy and couldn't get this done on my chrome book. I called Milwaukee and spoke to a gentleman that told me how I could take a picture of it and then e-mail it to my self. I don't have a smart phone so my wife took a picture of it and sent me the e-mail and I was able to get it done. Milwaukee acknowledged that they received it but said they would review it to make sure everything was complete and then let me know if I would receive the battery. It has been two weeks now and I haven't heard anything from them. If they advertise the rebates to help sell product they should make it easier to receive. I know this is a Milwaukee problem and not Toolup.com but hopefully you have some pull to make it easier the next time."
