"Easy to buy, Toolfarm completed and delivered the order fast.
But the installer didn't work as expected. When the plug-in finished installing, after registering at the plug-in webpage, that it took me 10 mins, then installing an installer, I had to move one of the files to a different folder in order for the plug in to work. At the end... it toked me 30mins to have a simple plug-in to work.

"My overall experience was very good.

After making the purchase, I was stressed because I did not receive a link to download the software. However, I did receive a timely response from support (on a Saturday) that there was a table charting the times from purchase to receiving the download link. I had not looked at the chart previously because from the title I thought it meant the time to actually download the software. You might want to rename and provide additional explanation so expectations can set better.

Aside from that, everything else was very nice. Your website is laid out very nicely making it easy to find what I want and explore. I will use ToolFarm.com again.
