email them they would always reply with order
back order will ship in 10 days then will ship
this week. then no more contact.email is no longer
legit.i guest they take the money and run.
do not buy (i should say do not order from them.)i know i wont,this is very frustrating.

"Wish I had read these reviews before putting my order in, would have saved a lot of grief. Put order in on March 24 th for a master spray gun kit and it was charged to my account the next day. They tout 2-3 day delivery. I contacted the company by e-mail after 3 weeks without delivery. They respond that some items are on backorder and will be shipped when they come in. I emailed them to cancel my order and refund me in full. They emailed me back my order had ben cancled and to allow up to one week for my credit to post to my accout.It is 5 weeks since and I still have not had my account credited. Have had my bank file a complaint. There is no doubt in my mind that these people are out and out CROOKS !!!!!!!!!"

"I ordered a spray gun and their website said it was in stock and would ship in 24hrs.
2 weeks later I E mailed their customer service and was informed it was back ordered and would ship in 10 days.Now a month after the order and no communication I havn't received it,My E mails have been returned and their website won't come up.A $188.00 lesson? they were Paypal Verified.
DONT!!! buy from this guy.

"As so many others reported. I ordered a spray gun on April 22, 2009 and my credit card was charged at once. After 2 weeks awaiting the order I started following up, but the phone number provided goes to a full mail box, emails are not answered and as today my emails started bouncing back as undeliverable.

I will contact the credit card company and start the process of attempting to get my money back. Very frustrating event.

"Ordered a spray gun on 4/1/09. My CC was charged for the full amount at that time. Communications were good for the first two weeks. But my spray gun never arrived. I was kept being told that it was back ordered and would ship out in 10 days. I was told this until they would not return my emails. I also called a dozen times and got a recording to call back during business hours. I was calling during business hours and their voice mail was always full so I couldn't leave a message. I had no lines of communication with this company. As of 5/12/09 I contacted my CC company and they credited my account back and plan on investigating them. Whatever you do, do not buy anything from this company. They are not legit and will steal your money. Crooks in every sense of the word."

"I ordered an Iwata lph44lv 4-21-09 after several E-mails and no human contact through their phone system, I contacted the BBB and lodged a complaint. This company has no clue on customer support, their voice mailbox is full, or you get the "after hour" message during their bussiness hours (this goes on for days). I only got in touch with a person when they took my money.
I would not do bussiness with them and have told the rest of my class that the frustration was not worth the price.

"Ordered a spray gun from this company in March. My account was debited on 3/16/2009. Never received the item. Sent an e-mail and they siad that it would ship in 10 business days. It has been a month and still no goods. They do not respond to any subsequent e-mails to them. Poor business practice of charging an account or credit card before items ship. Do not do business witht his company. Poor customer service and thieves!!"

"I order a battery charger from Tool Paradise. They said it was in back order and would ship in two weeks. I have followed up every two weeks with an email requesting status of the order. Every email was answered with it is still in back order.

In April I ask they cancel my order and return my payment. They said fine and it would be credited to my account in four to five business days. It was not, and now they have quit responding to my emails.

It appears I have lost my payment. You can still order from the site, but I would never recommend buying anything from them. They should be charged for fraud.

If you order from them you are in danger of losing your money.

"Merchandise ordered on 1-3-2009 charged to the credit card 1-6-2009. Never did receive any confirmation of order. Got one e-mail saying items were on back order. Phone calls never returned, could never talk to anyone other than the answering service. This went on for about 3 months. Finally sent an e-mail threatening to report them to the FTC. Their response was that the items still were on back order. Sent an e-mail requesting a refund. This took almost 1 month to get. They may be a legitimate company but they are not reputable. Any company that charges you for merchandise they do not have is a poor company to do business with. Will never do business with them again and would not recommend them to anyone."

"Ordered one of their CAT Technologies spray gun packages. After several emails back and forth over a month, with back-order excuses and promises to ship on several occasions, I still have not received my merchandise. They never contact you with shipping status without first being contacted.

Requested a refund (paid via Paypal). Have yet to receive a reply.

Low prices are not worth the headache with this company. Take your business elsewhere.

"Gti Millenium gun and/or liners were on back order,that's no problem.The problems began when I called 2 wks later and was told I could call back in 2 days for a tracking number.I was told the items were in and they would ship then. I called 2 days later, 3 times, and was told by a woman that I would called right back with tracking info.The next day, I was told the same thing 2 more times. I finally reached a man who had at first said it was lost,then he rechecked.He said it shipped out 6 days prior,and gave me a tracking number.The package came that same day.Couldn't understand why if it shipped 6 days earlier, why I was told to call yesterday for tracking info.Definitely won't buy from again. lower price not worth the hassle or lackluster service."

"Ordered a Binks spray gun on 12/20, emailed them on 12/21 to find out if in fact they had it in stock. They promptly emailed back that it would ship that day 12/21, this was the last prompt response I received. After several emails and one phone message left, I finally got a tracking number on 1/2 showing shipped on 12/26 with delivery on 1/3. Forget about same day shipping and delivery in 48 hours to 3 days like the website says. I have no problem with delayed shipping, I have a problem with company's making claims they cannot keep just to get your business. On a positive note, the price was great and exactly as advertised. The customer service and shipping leave plenty of room for improvement."
