"I took a chance on ToolBarn but I will stick with Amazon from now on...I thought I was saving a few bucks on a tool but it ended up costing me more in the long run; I DID make a mistake ordering the wrong item at first but I was hoping they would at least give me a credit for the shipping or even a part of it since I had to pay to ship the wrong item back...yeah go ahead and say BOO HOO, it's STILL all my fault but in the end I lost about 50 bucks in shipping just because the tool was a little cheaper than Amazon...so for gosh sakes don't make an error when ordering ( or to keep it simple: DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM !) because they WILL NOT cut you NO slack and won't work with you. I've dealt with other businesses that go above and beyond with their policies and costs in order to draw back repeat customers, which WON'T apply to me now...YOU HAVE LOST A FUTURE CUSTOMER AND I WILL NOT be back on your website.
