"I ordered 2 toner cartridges from toneranddrums.com. Neither was delivered within 1 month of order. I had to call several times to get someone on the phone to figure out the problem. It turns out they shipped to the wrong address. They then shipped 1 of the cartridges the next day and I received it 2 days later. The 2nd cartridge was out of stock and they had to reorder. Again 4-6 weeks go by and no delivery. I call again to find out the problem. They shipped to the wrong address again! This time I requested a refund because I was completely dissapointed in their fulfillment of the order. I wrote a letter and called at least 5-6 times over the course of the next couple of months. No one ever answered my request. It is now almost 9 months since I originally placed the order, and still I continue to contact them with no response. I have finally decided to file a lawsuit in small claims court to get my $50 back - it's not a lot of money, but it's the principle of it. I will never to business with this company again, and I recommend the same for anyone else."
