"Poor communication on all fronts"

"I saw this desk about a year & a half ago & I fell in love with it! I had to buy it for my new home office. Ordering online was super simple, the desk came sooner than expected. They delivered it early. Delivery took about 15mins start to finish. The desk looks perfect on my office! I can’t wait to order the bed I’m in love with next!!"

"So nice to go to a store and talk to a human face to face. We went to the Palm Desert store and met Kathe Reischman there. She was so patient and helpful with us. After an hour of sorting through fabric samples we finally made the decision and got exactly what we wanted.

"Tommy Bahama specifically have been great and the furniture is beautiful but I am giving 3 stars because they choose to contract with Metropolitan delivery service in the Pacific Northwest. I have had a lot of furniture delivered and this was, by far, the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. The dispatch person, Brian, talked to me like a child that he wanted to be done with. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. The delivery guys themselves did not strategically consider how to best deliver this furniture but rather rushed through it and completely damaged our walls. The poor guys said they had 8 more deliveries to do and this was at 4pm so they were obviously rushed. It appears that Metropolitan is running an unsafe and unprofessional establishment and I would strongly encourage Tommy Bahama to reconsider doing business with them. "
