"Good price on what I wanted, but SLOW-W-W processing and shipping, zero communication on my order status.

I have called twice trying to find out what was going on with my order. During my first call I found that my check had cleared (I knew this by having checked by bank account prior to calling), but my order had not been sent to shipping. I was assured by the rep. that my purchase would ship out the next day.

On my second call (7 days later) I was told that my FFL information had not been received with payment so there had been a delay in processing. Not so, as I had confirmed this during my first call. When I asked the shipping status of my order, I was told that shipping was not answering phone calls or email.

Not sure that I will be a returning customer. Perhaps my opinion will improve after/if I receive my order."
