"I sent an e-mail asking them to call me to place order - I nerver heard from them. After placing the order on-line at a later date, everything went well until shipment. The shipping notification was nice, but under the "tracking"it did not give me a tracking number, it just said SpeeDee and took me to thier general website. SpeeDee seems an unlikely shipping candidate since they do not serve AZ, but we will see. I have not received the shipment yet and have no way to track it."

"I ordered a rifle that I knew was backordered, and currently still is. My issue is I sent the full payment, not 10%, in via money order within 24 hours of making the purchase online. I did not receive any notice of receipt of my payment either in an email or on my account page. It continued to show, PAYMENT PENDING. I emailed twice referencing my invoice number inquiring if payment had been received. These emails were sent over a 10 day period. I did not receive a reply from either of my emails. I called and spoke with Doug. About 2 hours later I received an email stating that my payment was received in full. I don't if it is Tombstone's standard practice to not reflect payment until the firearm is received but either way I should not have had to send two emails and finally a phone call to know that my money order was indeed received and processed. "
