"I had ordered cartridges back in August, we just got the computer set up a couple of weeks ago. My husband installed the cartridges and it didn't work you're real. So I messaged on Facebook, and got a reply from Kathleen, beautiful she showed me some steps to go through to get the cartridges working correctly. And it worked soon as I did what she told me to do it worked. I am so thankful cuz we spent over $50 on these cartridges. And that's a chunk of money for us. Thank you so much Kathleen."

"March, 2017 ordered ink from them. Used their printer brand, model #, etc. selection process to order. Ink arrived. Wrong cartridge. Contacted cs and mailed cartridge back following their instructions on March 27. Followed up 8 weeks later and was informed that the warehouse team hadn't received it, but that I could "rest assured that it will be taken care of". Cartridge was sent back by USPS so there's no way to track it. Two weeks later still no response from customer service. Guess old guy from Kentucky (me) will eat the loss."

"I've been purchasing here for a couple years now. There are a few places a little cheaper but it's not worth the trouble. I have a Brother DCP130C. The cartridges work flawlessly, and they even print pretty decent pictures on photo paper believe it or not. I strayed one time and got some cartridges on ebay for a little lower price and the entire black cartridge leaked out the bottom of my printer and all over my desk and down the side onto the tile. You can imagine how bad I freaked out. I demanded a refund from Ebay and left a bad review. Needless to say I've been back buying from Tomato ink for good now."
