"Well it was easy and a fast deliver, the only thing I will complain was the shipping expense. I know they could do better than that, the handling was only duck tape around the tubes and the FEDEX guy could not deliver the package, I had to pick it up a their station almost 35 miles away due to the driver needed help carrying the package (4 point family cage). I had a female neighbor waiting for that package. I had to carry it to my truck and unloaded at home by myself, I could not undersand why FEDEX hired such a lazy and wimpy guys. I did all by myself. Next time they should ask if it's in a hurry, next day or other options, because I had no hurry and paid $399 for a deal of $289. Althogh the part is awesome quality and fit! besides the shipping cost the rest was OK, Ernesto gave me great service."
