Spend more than 10k USD They are completely defective made video pictures and say whats wrong. And they avoiding to fix that or give refund, they just offering funny refund amount like 20% of price. "This site is sending promotions (codes with % discount) that do not work. When contacting support they enable the code which was sent to you via e-mail. Horrible, such a waste of time.
Then they promise via e-mail a $5 coupon for three reviews on different platforms. With no additional conditions, nothing specified in the e-mail so they promise this coupon as a reward. But when sending them the review evidence they say the $5 is with a minimum purchase value of $60 or they can provide 2 coupons of $3 with no limit (but of course they will not work on any purchase).
