"Shocking how terrible the service is.
Pricing came up right, reasonable to goood for the compoments wanted.
This was to be an initial 400 buck order,, with repeats expected frequently.
After entering items in the cart and looking for a shipping quote, I had to stop and call.
The shipping was beyond over the top.
On calling the queue system leads you to another company, popcornmachine...which was the next red flag.
Looking up shipping policy led to a null page with some bs filler ...ips lirocum...
Finally in the terms page in found the shipping claims of 5 lbs and under 5 bucks, 5 pounds and up 10 bucks.
So where did the over 90 buck shipping in the cart come from?
The calls finally after a few prudent 0s, led to some guy whi said he will have someone call right back, and I should ALSO send an email for a prompt reply.
30 minutes...no call, 60 minutes, nothing, I call, get the same guy, no decent excuse, says he will telll them to call right away.
It is 4 hours later.
Wow, 5 minutes to ensure the correct shipping amount and they could have earned a few extra grand the rest of this year.
