"I've been buying my tires at Tire Barn for several years. I used to buy my tires at the big Club stores but got sick of having to wait 3 to 4 hours when I returned to have my tires rotated. "1. Pros: Install was on time and completed in short period of time.
1. Cons: Tire Barn accidently installed wrong tires. Ones I ordered had 2-types of tires with same brand name, different "ply" ratings.
2. Pros: David (Mgr) was quick to find the mistake and resolve immediately. Ordered correct tires immediately.
2. Cons: Next day, Tire Barn removed n' installed correct tires, however, upon inspection I noticed whoever put the plastic rim covers back on broke a 2" piece off the rear tire.
3. Pros: Again, David realized it was done on-site n' immediately ordered new rim cover from dealership. David called few hrs later said it came in n' ready to replace.
3. Cons: What should have been 1 trip will be 3 trips.
OVERALL: Mistakes happen but its greatly appreciated a business that takes ownership and "immediately" rectified the situation to resolve the issue. I respect and will continue to use their service."

"This is regarding the Marion, Indiana Tire Barn and it's Manager Larry Dickess. I had a difficult situation regarding my Buick Lucerne and it's tires / wheels. The end result here is I have NOTHING but praise regarding Larry and his efforts. He did not stop and went "above and beyond" until my vehicle was 100% right and I was fully satisfied. Within the last few weeks I have purchased a new set of tires for my truck and had it aligned. I also did the same with my car...which also included a new set of rims.
