"I went in with a flat tire and dropped it off to be repaired. Picked it up the next day, they put tire on car for me. Within a few hours the tire was totally flat. I immediately called and spoke with Rob who first apologized to me about the flat and told me to come in and he would rectify the problem. I went in the next morning and Rob ended up putting a new tire on my rim for free. You have no idea how much help he was. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my tires! "
