"Overall this company is great! I absolutely love their website. It is easy to navigate and shop on. Other paintball websites are cumbersome and difficult to shop on. If you are new to paintball or just coming back Tippmann Pros is the first place you should look to get a comprehensive view of all Tippmann products, Tippmann associated products, and paintball gear. They have a great selection.

The customer service is excellent and will work with you to resolve any issue. I am pretty sure most of them (if not all) play paintball so they can really help answer your practical questions. They price match for items in stock so no need to go anywhere else for your paintball needs.

I have ordered from them a couple of times and will continue to order from them. I had no problems with my first order (which was a rather large order). On my second order I did have a problem with some of my items being placed on back order. The website did not have an accurate representation of the goods they had to offer. That being said after placing my order I did immediately receive an e-mail telling me there was problem with my order. I called customer service and my order was split up into 2 orders. Customer service was very easy to work with. It took a couple of weeks to get all the gear I ordered, but I am pretty sure they rushed the back ordered items to me despite me ordering under the free shipping. That showed me the company cares about her customers and making them happy, even if it costs them money. So despite some of my gear being placed on back order I am very confident ordering from Tippmann Pros again.
