"If I could give zero stars, I would. I submitted my Christmas card order on 12/6, after having to re-enter my addresses manually because we had used Shutterfly before...you would think since the companies are related, they would have figured out how to transfer addresses, if not share them. They advertise a white-glove service to mail your cards for you (additional cost) but do not tell you they are not really set-up for the service, so it will delay your order until after the holidays. Today they told me my recipients should receive the Christmas cards today (January 4th). If a company is the business of sending Christmas cards, they should figure out a way to do so in less than 4 weeks. And for calling and letting them know this is not acceptable, I received a 10% return ($17). Really? They missed the holidays! "

"It took 3 days to get my order put it, I kept getting an error message that the site was busy and try back later. Was on hold for 47 minutes at one point and no one picked up. Three days later I finally got to speak to someone. Cards arrived a week late and it's too late to use them. An order I put in AFTER my Tiny Print order arrived a full week earlier and on time for the holiday."

"Never again. This company is unable to fulfill orders. I would be very surprised if they are still in business after Christmas 2015. Being part of a larger chain like Shutterfly maybe they will re-brand themselves. It is just so irresponsible to give false promises for Christmas card deliveries. My order has not even shipped yet and it is 3 days after it was supposed to arrive. Tiny Prints reps like Cathie, Ruben, and Seth are also not helpful. They are not able to get in contact with their processing center, and the only solution they offer is to send me an envelope to send back my prints when they arrive in order to get a refund. The nerve! Do not use Tiny Prints"

"I used to love this company !!!!!!!

USED TO!!!!

This year after four weeks of order issues, created by Tiny Prints, I get a quick a sweet call that "we will not be able to get printed envelopes to you by christmas and we will refund your money"

These cards should have been mail by Tiny Prints to my family and friends last week!! Well NOW two days before christmas I will get a set of envelopes and cards to send out to my loved ones for Christmas!!!!

"I tried out the company this year. NEVER AGAIN. They lost my order which was supposed to be delivered by now. I spent hours on the phone with them, they keep telling me that they are looking into it. I ordered my Christmas Cards 3 weeks ago! I will be going to minted.com next year. BYE Tinyprints."

"Very Disappointed... again.
Ordered our Christmas cards Nov. 30, and was disappointed 2 weeks later when I received a box that contained only blank envelopes. NONE of our print order was included. Although I've ordered from Tiny Prints 5 times times over the last 5 years, this is the 3rd time that I've had a problem with an order. (As the saying goes, "Shame on me", I guess).
I called customer service and he was very polite (which is not the experience I had with customer service last holiday season). Anyway, he promised to send our shipment of pints to be delivered by the end of the week. He offered nothing else, other than an apology. Although their website says that total turnaround time is 7 days with Standard shipping, we will be waiting 3 weeks, which makes it less likely that they will be delivered to our loved ones prior to Christmas.

"Ordered holiday cards on 12/7 and paid for expedited processing which guaranteed delivery by 12/11. It is now 12/14 and status on website shows that they are still printing but also that they are on schedule to be delivered on 12/11(three days ago). When you call the company there is a 40 min wait time to talk to a representative but recording states that all orders are being processed on time . Never again!"

"This is a terrible company. They falsely advertised faster shipping, then didn't deliver, then said they would, and now are blaming UPS for why their shipping is a week late for holiday cards. Won't ever use this company again. Every time you call customer service, they have to contact a supervisor, which takes forever. Hands down terrible experience."

"My tiny prints were home delivered and left outside my door. Needless to say it rains a lot in Washington so when I opened the package my prints were soaking wet. The first set of prints I received were wrapped in clear plastic but my second prints (my baby's first Christmas cards) were soaked because they left the plastic off. So disappointed and will not use this company again. Not worth it. The print is not even high quality and I'm also disappointed Parents Magazine has an advertisement page for them in their magazine."

"I had changed wording on my card and saved it. Then ordered the cards--rush delivery no less. somehow the system pulled the old card with the old wording. Instead of working with me to solve the problem, the customer service rep argued with me over whether or not I saved the card first. WHICH I DID... as I had gone to look at other invites on the site with my daughter before we ordered them. Now I have to return these AND PAY POSTAGE TO DO IT. Or pay 60% towards a new order that will arrive late. (Yes, that's the other thing. The order said 3:00pm on Wednesday and it didn't arrive until the next morning. Oh wait the customer service rep argued with me on that stating that it arrived at my door (no knock or doorbell at 9:30pm--even though it was to be a 3:00pm delivery which I paid more for that than I did the invitations.) Shame on you Tinyprints. "

"Tiny Prints Complaints

My Tiny Prints review is don't use Tiny Prints if you have date you need the invitations by. I did not receive my order in the promised time and was lied to by at least 2 Tiny Prints' customer service reps promising the order would be delivered the next day, despite not having printed yet. The 3rd customer service rep finally told me that I would not receive the order the next day.

Tiny Prints customer reps lie to you to avoid having to cancel and refund the order, knowing Tiny Prints could not deliver. Did not receive any notification of an issue from Tiny Prints, had to contact Tiny Prints multiple times after not receiving order.

"I ordered my baby shower invites from Tiny Prints, after having a positive experience ordering wedding-related stuff through them a year ago.

My billing address is in another state (one I recently moved from), all the way across the country.

They rush shipped my order to my old (i.e., the billing) address. When I tried to have them reship to my new address, they told me they could, but it would take another week, and if I wanted rush shipping, I would have to pay for it again. I informed them I already BOUGHT rush shipping, and that it was price-gouging to charge me twice for their mistake (I also informed Veronica B., the customer service rep, that I had double-checked my billing vs. shipping addresses, but she hardly cared), but they refused to comp me the second rush shipping.

I know this sounds like such a White Person Problem (because it is!), but c'mon - their products are expensive enough as it is without them being jerks about comping loyal customers $25. I get that they have to reprint the invites, but it's their fault for shipping them to the wrong address in the first place!

I hope I can send out my baby shower invites on time.

Great job, Tiny Prints - I will no longer be using your services, and will be telling anyone who is in the market for your products to go elsewhere. Lame.

"Harassment and Annoying: After reviewing my proof, paying, and receiving my product on TIME... I CONTINUED to receive daily calls for weeks afterward about filling out a survey or reviewing my proofs (my cart and account was empty). They have a decent product but inferior customer service and technology support. They must be too big to handle the easy stuff - like turning off their automatic phone dialer. (Yes I emailed, phoned, and gave them notice but daily calls continued.) Buyer beware."

" just spend hours designing an invitation, creating a CSV file of addresses, and uploading such. When you enter addresses you can provide a county for the address.

Then I learn that they will not mail to Canada. All of their advertising says xx cents per envelope + postage. So they could put any postage the letter required. No where o
n their site did I find the "no canada" clause. Make it simple: If you wont ship to Canada, dont include a canada drill down in the address book.
