I placed an order on 9/13/19 for in-stock items and they never shipped my order. The published policy on their website states that orders ship out within 1-2 days and I placed the order with that belief, which has turned out to be false advertising.
Upon contacting their customer service on multiple occasions, they did not have any information for me about my order shipping out. They just said, it shipped but shipping tracking has not yet updated, for over a week. The reality is, my order never shipped.
I had to file a dispute chargeback case with my credit card company.
This is one of the worse customer experiences I have ever had. "
