"I found Timeless Holidays after reading numerous consumer complaints about the better-known purveyors of artificial Christmas trees. I purchased the 4.5-foot white tree and was pleasantly surprised that it was larger, fuller, and better constructed than I expected. I do wish that it had more lights, but I was happy to find an LED-lit tree in my price range. One suggestion: In the interest of "frustration-free" packaging, it would be great if the manufacturer did away with the individual plastic baggies and twist ties on each branch and presorted and bundled like-colored-coded branches together."

We setup the tree to make sure everything was ok. The tree worked perfectly. It is so beautiful.
