"advertised ag af 100. bought ag af100. Got ag af 105, the Japanese, no u.s. warranty model. I lost a gig because I certainly do not want this model. Had them assure me over the phone that it was the U.S. model. My reciept shows the AF100. Very disappointed.
Will find out Monday if they will make it right.

"I read all the postive reviews on Ebay about this place and felt good about ordering from them..But then I checked here and started to wonder if I should place the order..Well I took my chances and ordered a 2100 dollar receiver and held my breath. Well it could not have been better.Everything worked out perfect. The ordering was easy. The item was delivered quickly and the price was great. Pleased with my order I would order from Time2envy again. I do wish they would respond to some of the bad reviews on ResellerRatings. It would give more buyers a postive outlook for them."

"I placed an order with time2envy to replace my camera that broke christmas day. The order process was easy and Jim was really helpful. I told him what I was looking for and he helped me find the best camera for my needs. When my Canon sx 200 arrived, it was perfect!

"I was looking to purchase a new camcorder (Sanyo Xacti VPC-HD2000 HD Camcorder) for an event I have on Sat 9/26. I found it on eBay, the company was Time2Envy. In their eBay listing they showed they had more than 10 in stock and stated on their listing to call 1-***-***-**** if you needed expedited delivery. I called and spoke with "Jim". He said the only way to guarantee delivery by Fri 9/25 was to place the order over the phone and pay an extra $30 for expedited shipping. I said that would work and placed the order, I received an email shortly with the order#.

On Thu 9/24 I contacted Time2Envy at the ***-***-**** to inquire about a tracking number and status of order. I spoke with a gentlemen on the phone that said the order had not gone out yet but was to be shipped today with overnight delivery. He guaranteed it would be delivered the following day, Fri 9/25. The evening of Thu 9/24, around 10pm CST, I checked my email for any delivery information and there wasn't any. I sent an email to their customer service group asking for a shipping tracking number.

On Fri 9/25, I checked my email in the morning and didn't have any response from Time2Envy customer support. I called them at approximately 10am CST to inquire about the order. This time I spoke with a Regina in Customer Support. She found the order and stated that it had not been shipped yet, in fact, they didn't even have the camcorders in stock. They were supposed to get a shipment of these the following week. She stated that there were no annotations on the order/account for the call I made on Thu and she didn't know why I was guaranteed delivery by Fri 9/25.

So why was I told by Jim and the second customer service rep that the order would be fulfilled and delivered by my requested date of Fri 9/25 when they don't even have the product in stock. Nobody contacted me to correct the situation, had they done so in the first day or two I could have ordered from another company and had delivery by the date requested. In fact, after my call with Regina on Fri 9/25 I went to their eBay listing again, it still showed that they had over 10 of these items, Sanyo Xacti VPC-HD2000 HD Camcorder, in stock. So they are still taking orders for product they claim to have in stock but don't.

The confirmation by Jim that the order would be processed and delivered by 9/25 was a blatant lie and in my opinion is deceptive selling practices. To have customer service tell me on Thu 9/24 that the order was getting processed and shipped today when they don't have the product in stock furthers the deceptive selling practices and completely ruins the credibility of this company. I am filing this complaint so other consumers are aware that this company should not be trusted and they should spend their money at a more reputable retailer.

"I ordered two Cannon Mini DV video cameras from this company for filming our high school football games. I have nothing but praise for this company, and would recomend them to anyone needing electronic equipment. There were problems with our order (shipping company) and working with "time2envy.com was extreemly easy. I can't say enough good things about their employees! This is a TOP NOTCH organization! Highly recomended! "

"This company makes fraudulent charges...beware!!! They will guarantee an order's delivery within three days and charge you an additional $59 for an 8 pound package, and then proceed to send it ground which has no guaranteed delivery date. I ordered through them because they guaranteed the arrival of a camera for my vacation and I never received it. They blame UPS for losing my package, though the fact of the matter is it they send the package ground and charged me for 2nd day air. "

"Bought a Canon 5D Mark II. Package included 2 extra batteries and two extra battery chargers. The batteries did NOT fit in the battery chamber of the camera. These were NOT Canon batteries but 3rd Party knockoffs. I want to get the actual Canon batteries and Canon Battery chargers OR I want $350.00 credited to my card. "

"I bought a Canon 40D camera kit with a 28-135 IS lens on April 25th. For 4 days I got emails telling me that my order would be processed, my order would be processed.. Finally I got a voicemail from someone named Mark. I wasn't able to get to it since I was in class, and I had to return his call later.

I returned the call and I kept getting put on hold, four times I called and was put on hold for long periods of time, each time I would hang up after waiting about 10 minutes. I finally wrote an email addressing it to Mark, and in it I said "Nowhere in the auction does it say you have to call me for anything before you can ship my item. You're wasting precious time trying to get ahold of me before you ship my camera, if you're trying to sell me insurance on the package, I've called the 3 major shipping companies and got their prices for a package valued at $1000, and here is the rate I'm willing to pay"

Needless to say, there was an email the next day on may 1st telling me that my package had shipped and gave me a tracking number. Item got to me on May 5th. Even though it took 10 days to get to me, once they finally shipped it, it got here pretty quick.

The camera didn't come with a warranty card, but I guess I am fine with grey market for hundreds less than the alternative. It's the exact same product, just missing a little piece of paper. And when you're dealing with a Canon, chances are you won't need to repair it in the first year anyway. Atleast I've never had to get major repairs and I've had the 10D 20D and 30D.

The Camera and the lens were both made in Japan. Which was nice because I know so many of the EF lenses sold on ebay are made in Taiwan or Malaysia.

All in all, after the days wasted trying to get ahold of me for who knows what (probably to upsell ) I was actually happy with my purchase. It saved me about $400.

"The service I got from Jim and then later the customer service people was phenomenal. Jim was very helpful to me in picking the right product ( apanasonic hvx 205) and the bundle that was included.

"Purchased on Ebay on March 18th paid immediately. Salesman called and tried to upsell. Supposed to be Express shipping. Received an email with package tracking. I live in Fla, the item was delivered to Washington state--so I emailed them to let them know that they may have sent me the wrong tracking info. NO response for more than a week, NO camera either. Another email, still no response.

I call the Thursday before Easter and was told there was an apparant mix up and they mailed my package to the wrong place. They would call or email me by 5pm. Didn't hear anything and they were closed Friday & Sat for Easter.

This past Monday I call again and explain the problem and am told that they will ship it out ASAP they are sorry for the confusion, etc. Should have it by Thursday.

Today is Friday, NO camera. I call the company they say they never shipped it, but they can ship it on MOnday overnight delivery.

I ordered this a month ago to use on a wedding this weekend, so you can imagine my response to them screwing me around again--NO! REFUND MY MONEY! We'll see if they actually do it!

"Ordered a Canon 50D DIG SLR, 17-85 IS, 70-300 IS PRO Kit directly from Michael (called toll free number). Excellent customer service, was asked about the extended warrenty, which I was not pressured to purchase, but I did purchase. Beacuse of the warrenty purchase, they provided several upgrades (memory, tripod). Package arrived on Thursday and was exactly what I was expecting. I had also sent them a question via eBay on Monday (2/2) and recieved an answer overnight on Tuesday (2/3). I was/am extremely pleased with the purchase. "
