"I purchased two concert tickets as a gift for my parents on 12/25 for a show on 1/20. Ticketsmate communicated I would receive tickets by 1/18. Instead, they arrived on the afternoon of 1/20, while I was traveling. Ticketsmate had no explanation for the delayed tickets, no empathy for the problem it caused, and no willingness to provide even a partial credit. I strongly recommend not using ticketsmate and instead leveraging stub hub or others with better customer service. "
"DO NOT PURCHASE CONCERT TICKETS THROUGH TICKETSMATE. My sister and I bought tickets for my mom and dad back on March 5th for the Billy Joel concert tonight and didn't get their tickets until today at 5pm ET (3PM MST). In case you missed that, THE CONCERT IS TONIGHT (November 29, 2017)! I spent hours (probably more than 24 hours total) on the phone with them trying to get their tickets when at 3 PM today, they told me my tickets were lost and they had to re-assign my parents. I've been dealing with their BS for almost 8 months now and can't even begin to tell you how disappointed and frustrated I am with them. They have the WORST customer service too. Save yourself the stress and buy your tickets elsewhere."

"AVOID! I wish I’d listen to other reviews elsewhere. We spent an extreme amount of money with them for tickets to the CMA awards (we were travelling from the UK). After 3 weeks of daily phone calls being told they were being Fed Ex’d, then sent to a Nashville address, then picked up on the door, then being emailed to us, the day before they revealed they hadn’t got those tickets but offered us ‘comparable’ ones. The comparable ones were severely restricted view and available far cheaper on stubhub. The stress we went through was phenomenal and we were constantly lied to throughout. Would never, ever use again. Our feeling is they supply on demand, hence why they don’t let you know exact seat numbers. You go to them, then they desperately shop around for something in the right area. If they get it, you’re lucky and you just pay more but at least you have tickets. If you’re unlucky, you end up like us, travelling thousands of miles for an event you end up ticketless to."
"Got a call from a marketing company saying that I was signed up after my ticket purchase from ticketsmate.com. Quickly opted out. About the only positive experience I had with them is that the tickets arrived quickly."
