"We purchased several tickets from this website for a local sporting event. I can honestly say that we have never experienced worse service in our lives. To start, the company misrepresented the tickets we purchased. We attempted to purchase seats with a view of the entire event. One would think this is a simple task figuring there are thousands of seats with unobstructed views of the game. The website even posts pictures of "approximate views" of what view a guest has from their seat. To our surprise when we arrived at the event this view was completely inaccurate. This was extremely disappointing as we felt like we had been scammed. We paid upwards of $200 a ticket only to find that our "seats" were located in a location that was not only looking directly at the back of the guests in front of us but blocked by the stadium itself. As these were marketed as unobstructed seats we felt wronged.
With this in mind we decided to address our issue with the customer service team. In an email we described our issue and explained how their false marketing ruined our night out. Our query was met with a rudely toned email that, in short, stated that we were completely at fault for purchasing the tickets in the first place. The company didn't even issue the smallest of apologies. The unprofessional manner of their team makes me think that this is a minor at-home business trying to scam customers for a quick buck. I highly recommend purchasing from almost any other outlet."
"I bought a ticket online with a seat selection worth the price I paid. I got a call the day before saying they did not have that seat available and just ten feet away I could have two. Well I only received one and i was stuck in the corner with pretty miserable visibility. I called back and they refunded me some of the ticket price. Had I known I would have purchased for a different. Isn't. Music was great. Over miced and mixed off center but artists were spectacular. "

I received ( but I have ceck it after... when I was in teathtre ) seat 13 and 15 ( on right or left mezzanine )!!!!!! You already earn a lot of money ( the difference among prices with teathre is HUGE ! ) but more and more you sell different seats ( and you earn more and more ( because these seats are cheep -otherwise those I ordered to you !!!!!) In this way I pay you a kind of seat and you give me another seat cheeper !This is a fraud ! I have complain with a lady in tehatre and she at the end changed my tickets but NOT giving me original seats that I asked you!!!! Terrible experience : you aren't correct and serious ! I never will buy tickets by your organization !!!! And I tell my experience to all my friend that will come in New York !!!
