First you purchase , then wait for confirmation email, get confirmation email, wait for seller to confirm, make a Yankees account on Yankees.com, wait for tickets to arrive in your account mail box, download the Yankees app, then you can see and retrieve your tickets. Wow, but I got the tickets so I am good. When I called to ask for help, the number for ticket Liquidator was busy. "

"Buying the tickets was a challenge, I needed 5 tickets so I had to buy 2 different sets of seats not together obviously (3 & 2) and consequently paid Delivery fee of $40 U.S. TWICE really!!!??? And what's with the $55 each ticket handling & Service fee? I paid what I consider a lot of money for these tickets, $335 each with all the fees & exchange to be almost in the last row of the balcony... but we really wanted to see Bette so we sucked it up! Why must the tickets be mailed at that cost? And what handling warrants that astronomical fee?

"I am reluctant to give anything but an below average review since I do not have the tickets in hand nor when I purchased the tickets, was I given specific seat assignments (only the Section and Row). The implication to the buyer is that you do not yet have the tickets in hand. I paid a lot of money with very limited information. Now I am forced to wait until five days before the concert to see if I will even get the tickets. The good news is that your website was easy to use."
