"I have a complaint about one of your members TickCo.
I purchased tickets from TickCo through the Southwest Shopping site where TickCo was offering 4 points for every dollar. I never got the points. When I questioned it TickCo claimed that my purchase was not eligible and that commission was paid to a third party. They claimed because that I may have had some ad-aware program on my computer. I made hundreds of purchases through the Southwest site without a problem. This is clearly a case of a company being dishonest and not wanting to live up to its commitment. I actually paid a slight premium for the tickets over what other ticket sites were offering just to get the points.
A clear case of bait and switch.
I do not like getting ripped off.

"Ordered and paid for my tickets, Now the companys phones, fax and online chat are turned off!!! DON'T buy from them!!! They vacated their office in Phoenix, AZ and left to forwarding info. AZ BBB has received the complaints about them ripping off."

"I purchased tickets on 12/20/09 for Nascar race on 2/28/10 for $707.75 and it was a very bad ordeal all the way around from TickCo. I hadn't received the tickets with the trip only 2 weeks away so I had called to check the status of my order and was told it was normal for them not to be here until the week of event so I waited for a week and called again and was told they said not to worry the tickets would be here in time. The next day I received a call from them saying the tickets I had purchased were not available, would I be okay dropping down a few rows, I said yes if the tickets are the same value. Two more days and no tickets so I call again and they say tickets can be delivered to hotel in Vegas. When I check in I am given message that a package is waiting for me. When I open and remove tickets I can't believe the face value is $49! I call and tell them there must be a mistake, $700 spent and $200 in merchandise! I can understand a processing fee and the Fed Ex shipping but come on. I tried to return them but was told I was out of luck. I reported TickCo to the Arizona BBB but that didn't get any help either. I wouldn't suggest TickCo to my worst enemy let alone anyone else! "
