"I recently bought a refurbished Blackberry VM-605 from these folks. They had the best price by far. The order was filled and delivered via USPS promptly. The product came pretty much bare, except for the necessary car charger - I downloaded the User Guide from Blackberry. The only problems I encountered were due to poor Blackberry instructions (Hint: press [FM]-[Vol Up] to initiate the pairing setup).

"I am not totally disappointed, but I did receive an old/refurbished phone (Blackberry Curve) when I ordered a brand new one. I called customer service about an exchange and the rep was a little annoying but after forcing my explaination, he finally agreed that I needed another phone. I finally received a new phone, but in a different color than ordered; but at least it is new. The biggest plus about the company is the actual shipping time. The first package came to me, stationed over in Germany with the Army, within one week, which is extremely and unusually fast! Once I was told the new phone was on the way I was amazed to see it get here within a week yet again! Overall the company is not bad, but if you need an electronic fast and the order filled correctly the first time, you may be taking a chance. If you can, however, be patient then the company is ok."

The last products I purchased(which were a couple of cases for my iPod)came very quickly and were packaged very well. The price was unbeatable!
