What has been challenging is the download of quiz and survey information quickly and efficiently. We have struggled to access the information from the surveys and quizzes quickly because we have to sort through all the older data and knowing which question is which can be tough. We would love to see something similar to the SurveyMonkey output of results in both PDF and excel formats which are easier to read. "
"I have been building a course for the past 3 months. I started on Teachable and quickly switched to Thinkific due to them paying out immediately.
I signed up for the free product, but upgraded for 1 month for free to try the features. I forgot to cancel the premium and I was charged. I asked for a refund and thought I canceled the premium. The next month I was charged a second time. I was very frustrated. I emailed Thinkific and they refunded me both months and confirmed I had unsubscribed successfully.
My course is nearly done and about to launch and I will be going to the premium features. Thanks Thinkific for your amazing product and customer service! I love it and my beta test students love it as well."

"Whst can I say?
Of you havn't at least tried the software I ask that you do. For 2 years I purchased a couple of courses (one in overpaid for) to learn how to start an online course, the software needed, apps that would be needed i.e. billing, drop software, etc. Both courses were okay but kind of more overwhelming than helpful.
But fortunately for me and you along camev thinkific. These guys certainly saw a problem and provided a solution, no more extensive learning and certainly no more costly apps. They put everything you need into their software and made it simple.
