"Whizcells gave me an offer immediately and I received the payment for my phone as soon as they received it. I choose PayPal to receive the payment and it was there the next day. I would recommend that you choose a check payment even though it takes a little longer because it cost me a few more dollars than I thought on PayPal although Wizcells did warn me it would. Pay Pal even froze the payment till they verified receipt of the phone. I understand that, but I would have received my money quicker by check and would not have had to pay PayPal three percent."
