Which we do provide a detailed description. Not sure how you were scammed as we refund the purchase if it is not possible to be unlocked as well as a receipt is sent showing the refund. I understand why some of the pals asked for refund and threatened to sue, leave a bad review or report the business to BBB. They've sent me a second email asking for more money. I have a feeling the 20 dollar basic service was something you can do yourself with the carrier for free so I went through with the second purchase. The unlock came through on the 44th business day after the second email.
