"Placed an order 13 days ago, have inquired about my order 3 times, the first two were met with "we will ship that out right away," and "we will get that to you ASAP," and yet my order status on their website still reads "manual verification required". No where on their website does it mention this ambiguous shipping status, and they have not explained it to me, changed it, nor posted a tracking number. My last email communication from "customer service" was 3 days ago, I promptly sent another message, again requesting my tracking number-the same day I heard from them (they had answered "please e-mail the tracking number" with "we will get that out ASAP") and have not heard from them since. Website offered free shipping over $100, and suckered me perfectly, I spent over $100, then my friend tells me "NEVER ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE, ONLY PLACE ORDERS WITH A LIVE PERSON ON THE PHONE". Well, I spent the money on the website before I found out. Learn from my mistake, only order from theproductsuperstore.com OVER THE PHONE-1-***-***-****. USE THE WEBSITE TO CHECK INVENTORY, THEN CALL IF YOU WANT TO ACTUALLY RECEIVE YOUR ORDER (you can place an order on the website, like I did, it does nothing but run your credit card). PS Receiving nothing in the mail should be free, so dealing with them when you pay money can be quite expensive and is not a bargain."
