Burt was very nice and patient. Miguel was very helpful and polite. I just moved to Iowa and we needed a sleeper-bed/futon for the coming Holidays. I did ask for microfiber swatches to help me choose the fabric/color that i wanted, I waited 3 weeks and it never came. So i had to order the Futon with or without the swatches. I told Miguel that i loved reds! deep reds preferably, He said the best red in his opinion is the "brick" He said it is a very nice deep red and so I trust in him that it will be hopefully what i think it will be. The manager Burt and Miguel worked so hard to make sure That my order was right and i thank them for that. I did also order the NO-SLIP futon grip so my futon mattress is not sliding all over the futon frame, I also choose the Lexington Queen loveseat wallhugger frame, with the Viscose Deluxe Memory foam mattress. I cannot tell you about the frame or the mattress because i do not have it yet, it is still in the process of being delivered. I will be doing a video review of this product when i get it. "

"They have a great selection online but the showroom is a little limited. Luckily, the sales rep was able to order me a modified futon that I wanted based on one I saw in the store.

I think their delivery and setup cost is extremely high. I would understand the cost if I didn't live a couple blocks away from the showroom but I do so why couldn't the futon be shipped there and delivered from there.

I want to RAVE about is the costumer service team that coordinates deliveries. They called on Monday to schedule a Saturday delivery but on Thursday the merchandise didn't come in and promptly called to reschedule. My order was delayed the next week as well due to the manufacturer and so the Futon Shop arranged to have a loaner futon delivered so I could have furniture in my apartment while I waited. They were very considerate, always called when they said they would, and very helpful. "

"i shopped around for quite awhile before I settled on the Futon Shop. They offered the love seat futon, which was the perfect size for my needs in my small office. The order, shipping (free!) all went smoothly. However a part broke after a couple of month's use, and I had to negotiate with them about replacement given it was under warranty. The shipping cost which had been free initially, was prohibitive to replace the part! I live on the East Coast. It took several communications to work out this issue, but they were great. Very respectful resolution. I totally recommend them."
