"Stay clear of this online disaster retailer. They have very attractive website and advertising giving you a totally false impression.
The customer service is horrendous! I ordered 2 bar stools and was told 4-6 weeks delivery. Absolutely no update of status after 6 weeks. Finally I have to hound their customer service for status. They tell me wait another week. After 7 weeks I call again. They send an email saying "back order." A likely excuse for poor service and lack of any semblance of a reputable business.
We are talking about 2 bar stools here. If you had given me some wood I could have built them in 3 - 4 weeks myself, .. sanded and finished them as well.

The customer service is a bunch of stunods. A dog would be smarter than any of these people on the phone.

I told them to cancel my order and shove the bar stools as far as they can up their cracks.

These people are thick rocks with absolutely no common business acumen or accountability to their business responsibilities.

"Still waiting for Vintage Oak Wine Barrel Bistro Table and Stools...ELEVEN weeks. Customer service is abysmal. Conflicting information on the status of the order-both in my confirmation email and my account on their website. Shows something completely different when I use their "check order status". Will NOT be ordering from Wine Enthusiast again, EVER!!"

"I placed an order and had to pay almost $15.00 in shipping and then waited THREE WEEKS FOR MY ITEM TO SHIP. In fact...I had to call and ask why it had not shipped yet and only after that did I finally receive shipping notification because they queued it to ship the next day. I have no idea what the hold up on my order was! Had I known this was going to be the case I never would have ordered from them! Not only did I not have my gift in time for Christmas...I didn't even have it in time for New Years Eve! I will never be ordering anything from Wine Enthusiast ever again! "

"This company has completely disappointed me and I do not advise ordering anything from them. Their customer service is abysmal. I ordered a customized bourbon barrel for my father';s Christmas gift on 12/09/14 and weeks went by with no communication from the company about when I could expect this to arrive. I am leaving to head home for the holidays and wanted to make sure it arrived before I left so I could bring my father's gift home with me. I was pro-active about taking care of this and have been in contact with the company with several phone calls and online chat sessions to try and get this straightened out. All they could tell me was "it will be there before Christmas" (3pm on Christmas Eve) while essentially telling me to stop bothering them. A day before my trip home, still no emails with shipping information, still no help from customer service. One woman told me they could change the address it was shipped to so my father would have this by Christmas, then another woman told me "that was not how it worked" and "nothing will be changed" for me despite the fact that the item was still sitting at the warehouse and hadn't been shipped. The employees I have spoken to at this company have been rude and inflexible, completely unwilling to help me make sure this item gets to me when I needed it by. I understand that this item is personalized which takes time, but when a paying customer calls for help, you should do what you can to help and not treat them as if they are demanding the moon. My father will not receive his gift in time for the holidays and I am incredibly disappointed and will not be buying anything else from this company again. Can't comment on quality of the item because I STILL do not have it... : ("

"Ordered a 50 bottle wine fridge. Stopped cooling after 4 months. They made me pay the $300 to have it shipped back and forth. What a waste. Should have spent it on a local one. terrible warranty policy. "

"I ordered a Silent 24 wine refrigerator from this store. Customer service people are ignorant and unhelpful. After checking online about the status of my order which I had a shipping date that had passed, I noticed that the item was on backorder. I was never informed when I ordered the item or at any future point by email, etc that the item was on backorder. When I called I was informed that they could not give me a shipping date yet. No subsequent communications from Wine enthusiast until the item arrived at my door about 3 weeks later. Customer service is horrible. The refrigerator itself is not quite up to par. I cannot get one of the zones to cool properly. I would never buy from this store again."
