I purchased the Glam Rock GR32031D and it came damaged. I tried to set-up the time and the crown came off completely. The watch does not work anymore and I was unable to use it. I called on Friday to get instructions on how to return the watch. The lady told me that I was going to receive an email with the instructions and I never received the email. I spent over $700 in that watch. Also, I have ordered a few other Glam Rock watches they are being delivered in the wrong boxes (the ones with the Interchangeable case covers). One of them seems to be used before since it came with no label and protector."
