"I have ordered several times from Supplies Guys. The quality of the toner seems to have gone downhill as has the c.s.. The paragraph on paying for repairing your machine if the product damages it has been removed in the last few months. The toner is marginal quality and don't expect a refund quickly if at all. Store credits are their forte and they will try to have you fix the machine under warranty and not accept the fact their toner damaged the machine. Toner leaks pretty good once it starts too. Typical story of a local company that got too big too fast and started importing Chinese seconds."

"Just received our first and last order from the supplies guys. Ordered the compatible toner for a DEll.The pkg says it's for samsung and nothing like our old dell cartridge. It won't install. Called them and they can't even seem to confirm the part # we have is incorrect. They said on Tuesday they will e-mail a return # and hopefully credit the account back. Everyone makes mistakes from time to time but they don't want to admit the error or make it right. Should have just ordered from Dell."

"These guys rock as a supplier of OEM compatible products. We use an average of 250.00 - 300.00 per month of consumables from Supplies Guys on Xerox and HP printers and save a bundle! Any issues, of which there have been few, are dealt with in a prompt and considerate manner.
Have seen somewhat cheaper prices on the web for comparable products but the service and quality will not compare!
I would recommend them to anyone wishing to save money over OEM product costs."

"I have now place three orders with Supplies Guys.

After each order, I get deluged with special offers, notices of personalized URLs, and printed notices of special offers in the mail. Yet, when I actually try to use the personalized URL, or take advantage of $30.00 off - per the written mailer, I get charged full price.

When I send an e-mail to support via their website it never gets answered.

I will ONLY continue to use Supplies Guys because because they get the order right and the pricing is slightly better than other vendors.

As for the "special offers" and "personalized URLs" - if they are not going to honor the offers, then please quit wasting the trees to create the paper.

I DO NOT WANT EMPTY PROMISES! I WANT A RESPONSE WHEN I SEND AN E-MAIL!

I DO NOT WANT PRINTED FLYERS - E-MAIL WILL SUFFICE - ONCE A MONTH - NO MORE FREQUENTLY!

The cart is showing the free shipping, but not deducting the $30.00 from the

I have used their services a number of times in the past and every time I have been fully satisfied with their quick service, free shipping and the quality of their products.
