"I ordered one pair of the free socks from mooshe a year ago. I knew the shipping time would be a while, but when they arrived, the socks themselves were decent quality. I thought I'd give them another try and ordered a tee shirt. The shipping took just as long, but the quality of the shirt was not very good. The material felt cheap and thin. The design didn't appear as clean as the photos on the site and the fit was sort of off. It was only a one size option, so maybe I shouldn't have expected as much, but I don't feel the shirt was worth the $18 (shipping included) I paid."

"Ordered thermal underwear top and bottom on March 6, 2015. Received the top on March 11, 2015. Email said the bottoms had been backordered, I could wait or request a refund. "Placed my order on the 14th recieved it on the 18th via usps priority. Shipping was free but my second emailed invoice showed the $5.95 shipping fee for some reason. The invoice was actually sent from a real person so i could respond to it. Which i found to be very convienient, no need to dig thru the cs page to find a email or phone #. All of the cs info i needed was located on the invoice email. Sent my question to CS rep(Jodi R)on tuesday and recieved a response on thursday. She said the shipping charge was a mistake and i would only be charged the original amount. My order was delivered the same day.
Overall a painfree and satisfying experience.
