Poor Follow Up

"Can’t comment on actual repair service. Contacted them for printer repair. Completed required paper work. They provided a quote for repair and asked what days worked for me. I provided them three options, texted, called and nothing. All communications from them stopped. Very disappointing!"

Bad product received, fighting for refund, no communication

"I ordered a fuser for an HP printer. It was my first purchase from Printer Depot. I did not know that they sell used/refurbished items. The fuser listing did not indicate that it is used. It arrived packaged in quick foam that spilled over to the electronics. I asked for refund, sent the unit back, and I haven't heard from them ever since. I tried a web chat where they promised to send me the refund, but it did not happen. I tried to call them a few times only to end up in a voicemail each time. I'm telling you, this is KARMA for NOT buying on Amazon or eBay like I usually do. I'm done with these small shops where customer service goes to die."

Great Products Restored Printer to Like New Functionality

"I ordered a fuser roller, fuser grease, and fuser film for a HP MFP M477fdw printer. I was concerned as to whether these products would mimic the functionality of the original components. This thought came to mind as a result of seeing multiple complaints about low price components sold on amazon and ebay. I read that, in some cases, the fusion rollers did not allow proper heat transfer, precluding the toner from adhering to the paper. This was apparently due to fusion film that was much thicker than the original component. When the products arrived, I measured the thickness of the fusion roller with a vernier caliper and found that it was the same as the original component. I made the repairs using the purchased components and, to my delight, the printer worked as good as new. While the price of the roller was steep compared to other units on the market, I am glad I chose these components and dealt with The Printer Depot. I would recommend them without hesitation."

Previous review are completely false. Company was established in 2016 according to Texas and have been an excellent partner of ours!

"We have worked closely with the TPD team for over 5 years & it has been an excellent experience. We own a small IT Firm in Dallas and have worked closely with them without issue! Quality products, Quality service, and a Real warranty that they actually handle in house. Previous reviews are a complete joke as they do NOT sell "Ink" nor do they sell on Amazon. They canceled my order and still have my money

"I placed an order and expected to receive the ink any day. Instead I received an email that my order was canceled. I checked my account and there is no refund. They have the money and will not send the items I paid for. shop here and waste your time or waste your money."

"The customer service was great. They took the time to understand what were saying and worked with us. When we originally dealt with the returns department, she didn't take time to really help us understand the situation. We became frustrated. "I had a very poor experience with this company. Ordered a printer in Dec. Took quite a while to get it. Had no tracking number nor could employees even find my order even though I had been charged. Printer ran for a little while and stopped working. They offered a 6 month warranty with the product. I called at least a dozen times, each time I was told I would get a return phone call which never happened. Sent many emails and finally got a reply. Took another 2 weeks to get an RMA. THey picked up the printer and promised a refund. After that, the run around. I have achives of the email where their rep Christopher gives me all sorts of excuses. I am sure he has his hands full with other unhappy customers. Called my credit company so we can get this resolved. I can only wonder why the company could not resolve this and we have to go the hard way. Do they expect customers to give up? I would avoid them at all costs. There are so many online vendors with excellent service like Amazon. Newegg or other liquidators that actually repond to customers"
