"For Black Friday, ended up ordering 3-perfumes. Of the three, two came in open cardboard boxes. I can tell some of the content has already been used. They are selling used (fake) perfumes as “new”. Deceptive advertising and dodgy practices. Called them on December 18, 2019, requesting resolution, and the female customer service rep who failed to provide her name says to get lost. Wow, what stellar service. Don’t waste your money on this seller. Stick to other sites and stay away from these creeps. "
"I ordered over $100 worth of cologne from this company and never received it. It shipped Fedex and was delivered via USPS to my mailbox - I received no package. I reached out to their customer service (which says "award winning customer service!" on their website - that is a bunch of BS) and they would not resend the package or refund my money. They would not track the package or contact their shipper. I will never order from them again and will only order from Amazon as they will at least resend your order!!! I have never had this kind of experience before with any other shop. In this day and age you cannot rely on shipping so they should have done something to help. Their response when I asked their "award winning customer service"? "We responded to your emails and gave your tracking". Oh you mean the bare minimum? You have done absolutely nothing to resolve my issue. I spent a LOT of money on your site and you are telling me I am SOL. You will no longer have my business and as many people as I can take with me. "

Most definitely NOT the real thing and I would know since I've used this perfume for several years. Never again will I buy from this company! I thought I would try to save money. Now I know, stupid me!! You get what you pay for....CRAP! So disappointed and upset that I just threw this money away!! 20% restocking fee to return since I took the plastic wrapping off the original (or what appears to be original) box AND I had free shipping so that cost will be deducted from my refund as well. "Ordered two boxes of my favorite perfume. Received today and right away could tell they were fakes. Lettering on Box and Bottle are Different. Bottle missing the jewel. The scent it’s self is off. Called Customer Service, Said I Could Return at My Own Expense. Explained I shouldn’t have to since they sent me two bottles of fake perfume. "The WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The perfume I received was either fake or super old. All I could smell was the alcohol content. The customer service reps were beyond rude. They told me "you can return it if you like, but it's just going to sit here and you won't get your money back". When I placed an order and out of no where they changed the other to another similar item with a different name of which they thought I would not recognize.

"1 jean Paul Gaultier classique bottle in a metal tin , tin opened at the bottom only , still sealed at the top , plastic holder at bottom of tin roughly sawn off to release bottle presumably, perfume not the same smell or colour as my own original bottle from a department store. Similar for La vie eat belle bottle I purchased , box and cellophane opened at the bottom . Different lighter colour than the original bottle I had. NOT GENUINE.
Rude customer service , asked I repay postage for 2 large 3.4 floz size bottles. I refused , I contacted better business bureau , who contacted them and then they emailed me a pre paid label to return items. Did have a refund but avoid if you want the genuine article. Jean Paul Gaultier bottle holder was sharp and holes had been made in the bottom of the tin and covered with a dirty paper sticker ! AVOID THIS RUDE AND SUB STANDARD COMPANY !"

K bought the same perfume from a regular store and compared it against the perfume from Perfumepot, and the store bought perfume was stronger and lasted longer. Their perfume also cause my skin to itch as well. "

Today I picked up the package from the post office and saw the package was only a small square package. I got home and my husband the package he opened it. The cologne bottles were so small all three of them fit into his hand. All the bottles were traveling size. Never again will I do business with them"
